Working with a small agency VS working with a big agency

You’ve probably noticed that we don’t have any agency experience.

Actually, the Residual Studios team has ZERO experience working in a traditional agency.  However, collectively we have over 50 years of experience working on the dark client side. We understand the value that an agency partner brings, but we also have felt the frustrations that a client feels when working with agencies – especially if you don’t feel like you’re getting the attention you need.

When working with larger, more established agencies there are a ton of benefits – they bring decades of experience and can offer a full suite of services at a global scale.  However, depending on your annual spend, most companies aren’t able to take full advantage of these services and end up with a very basic approach to their marketing needs. So how can you get a high-quality agency work at a reasonable cost? Look no further than a boutique agency!

Working with a smaller agency can seem risky, but what you get in return is a more personalized, customized approach to marketing that keeps your best interest at heart.  At Residual Studios, we’re using our client-first mentality to truly set ourselves apart from the traditional agency experience.  We’re not bogged down by process and a complex matrix of account managers to get work done.  Our goal is to be a true extension of your brand – working and acting in your best interest to bring results to your bottom line.

And the best part? We’re willing and flexible enough to work with you on projects of any scale.  Need some social media posts to get you through the end of the year? We’ve got you.  Looking for a partner that can help plan out the next 12 months of marketing? We LOVE that!  Our team is built to work fast and nimble based on your marketing needs because at our core – we’re problem solvers, and more importantly, we love the work.
