You’ve probably noticed that we don’t have any agency experience.

Actually, the Residual Studios team has ZERO experience working in a traditional agency.  However, collectively we have over 50 years of experience working on the dark client side. We understand the value that an agency partner brings, but we also have felt the frustrations that a client feels when working with agencies – especially if you don’t feel like you’re getting the attention you need.
